Job Title: Journeyman Electrician & Electrician's Apprentice
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performing inspections, conducting assessments, and collaborating with clients to diagnose the problems that warrant your attention.
- Selecting an appropriate course of action given the project requirements.
- Installing and ensuring the functionality of wires, plugs, panelboards, switchgear, switchboards and similar.
- Commuting to and from job sites.
- Responsible for carrying standard tools and equipment needed for the task.
- Maintain workplace safety by adhering to company rules and OSHA safety standards.
- Provide professional, respectful and timely service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Completion of a relevant apprenticeship (unless you are applying for one).
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid state license that permits you to practice as a journeyman electrician (unless you are applying for an apprenticeship).
- Thorough understanding of complex principles regarding industrial, commercial and residential electrical systems.
- Reliable and hard-working.
- Superb verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
